About Mental Health Rules
Our Story
Mental Health Rules was founded with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between awareness and action in workplace mental health support. We recognised that while mental health conversations were becoming more common across Australian workplaces and within the community, there was a critical shortage of practical, accredited mental health training courses that gave people the skills to actually help when someone was in crisis.
As the official course owner of the 11379NAT Course in Initial Response to a Mental Health Crisis, we’ve developed Australia’s newest nationally accredited course specifically designed for mental health crisis response.
This isn’t just another awareness program—it’s a comprehensive, skills-based training program that transforms how Australians respond to mental health challenges in the workplace and beyond.
